Dr. Chopra is a specialist in Cardio-Metabolic Diseases, diabetes reverse, autoimmune disorders, anti-ageing strategies and overall health and well-being and believes in mindful choices in the food we eat for the health of our body and our planet.
In the caption of his post, he also stressed that “Plant based milk is definitely a healthier choice for the planet and for you!” and supports this with a ten-point list of good reasons.
